
3DMAX confidently defeated SAW in their opening match at PGL Masters Bucharest 2025
3DMAX kicked off their PGL Masters Bucharest 2025 campaign with a dominant 2:0 victory over SAW. The team showed complete control on both Ancient and Nuke, while Lucky emerged as the standout performer of the match, posting a 1.60 rating and laying the groundwork for 3DMAX’s further success in the tournament.
Ancient (13:5 3DMAX)
The match began on Ancient, where 3DMAX took the upper hand early. Despite SAW managing to reach the bombsite and plant, they consistently lost post-plant duels, allowing 3DMAX to defuse the bomb. In the second half, 3DMAX comfortably closed out the map 13:5.
Nuke (13:8 3DMAX)
On Nuke, SAW put up a better fight. Playing on the CT side, they secured five rounds in the first half. After the switch, SAW managed to narrow the gap to 8:9, but 3DMAX responded with a four-round winning streak to finish the map 13:8.
