The MongolZ confidently defeated 9z 2–0 (13:3, 13:5), moving one step closer to the playoffs of the Thunderpick World Championship 2025. The Mongolian squad dominated both maps — Dust2 and Ancient — leaving no chance for their opponents. The standout performers for The MongolZ were senzu and bLitz, who played key roles in securing the win.

Dust2 (13:3 The MongolZ)

The match began on Dust2, picked by 9z. The MongolZ immediately took full control of the map. Playing on the CT side, they won the majority of rounds, giving up only three. The second half was short-lived as The MongolZ quickly closed the map 13:3.

Ancient (13:5 The MongolZ)

On their own pick, The MongolZ faced little resistance. 9z managed to keep the first half close at 5:7, but once sides switched, they couldn’t win a single round. The MongolZ finished the map 13:5 without breaking a sweat.

Match MVP

Two players from The MongolZ delivered standout performances. Senzu recorded the highest ADR — 110.9 — while bLitz led in Swing (+6.88%) and achieved a 1.52 rating.
