s1mple dismantles BC.Game as FaZe advance in IEM Dallas 2025 lower bracket
Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev reminded the world why he’s still a CS great as FaZe dismantled BC.Game 2-0 in the lower bracket of Group B at IEM Dallas 2025. With elimination on the line, FaZe came out swinging and never let go—winning Mirage 13–10 and Anubis 13–4, thanks to a monstrous 1.63 rating from s1mple.
BC.Game opened with Mirage, and while they held even at 6–6 on T-side, FaZe pulled ahead in the second half off the back of a vintage 4-AWP clutch from s1mple in Round 23. That momentum carried into Anubis, where FaZe stomped through the first half with an 11–1 lead, and wrapped it up cleanly in the second.
s1mple was everywhere, 39 kills, 99.4 ADR, and an 82.5% KAST, topping the server in every meaningful category. He wasn’t alone though—EliGE and karrigan provided strong support, with both hitting over 1.28 ratings. frozen chipped in with consistent fragging, while skullz played a selfless role, helping anchor sites and trade effectively.
BC.Game had flashes—CacaNito’s 3k B-hold on Anubis stood out—but they couldn’t keep up with the pace. Their top performer, nawwk, barely broke even with a 0.88 rating, and the rest of the team struggled to break past FaZe’s coordination and tempo.
