Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Europe RMR A: S1mple and Team Falcons on the Brink of Elimination

At the European RMR Group A tournament, running from November 17 to 20, Team Falcons suffered a tough defeat against SAW in the 1-1 pool match. The game was played on Anubis and ended with a decisive 5-13 victory for SAW.

Aleksandr "S1mple" Kostyliev, known for his exceptional performances, struggled this time, finishing the map with a 7-15 scoreline, making him the lowest-rated player of the match.

Following this loss, Team Falcons have dropped to the 1-2 pool and are now one step away from elimination. Their next opponent is yet to be determined, but they must secure a win to stay in contention for a spot at the Major.

SAW, on the other hand, advanced to the 2-1 pool, moving closer to qualifying for the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024, which will feature the world's best teams.

The Group A tournament offers seven slots for the Major, making every match crucial for the participants.
