Almost all teams, except one, have already been determined to participate in the tournament for the main prize of $400,000 and an invitation to IEM Katowice 2025.

Intel Extreme Masters Cologne 2024 is a CS 2 tournament organized by ESL with the support of Intel, Monster Energy, and 1xBet. Within the event, twenty-four teams will compete for a prize pool of 1,000,000 USD and spots in both IEM Katowice 2025 and BLAST Premier World Final 2024. The final stage of the event will take place at the LANXESS arena in Cologne, Germany.
