In the next round, the Danes of Heroic handily defeated FaZe Clan (16-7) on Inferno and Apeks handled the Brits of Into The Breach (16-10) on Mirage.
At the end of the first round, Vitality pulled off a huge upset win over G2 Esports (16-13) on Nuke, while ENCE expectedly took on the Bad News Eagles (16-9) on Vertigo.
