The French esports organization Vitality has announced a forced reshuffling of the CS:GO starting lineup to participate in the upcoming ESL Pro League Season 17. Due to the birth of a child, dupreeh will leave the team, whose place on the server will be taken by the experienced JACKZ. The announcement was made on the club's official Twitter, where the Dane talked about the need to miss the competition.

dupreeh joined the Vitality roster at the end of 2021, having moved from the Astralis camp. During this time, the 29-year-old Dane helped the team become the winner of ESL Pro League Season 16, and also made it to the top three at BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022 and BLAST Premier: Fall European Showdown 2022.

In turn, JACKZ is still listed as part of HEET, where he moved in August last year. In six months, the experienced Frenchman managed to become the winner of the ESL Championnat National: Autumn 2022, and also reach the semi-finals of the CCT North Europe Series #2. However, at the beginning of the season, information appeared that the 30-year-old player intended to leave the team due to financial problems, since the Belgian club owed JACKZ the amount that he himself paid G2 Esports for his transfer.

ESL Pro League Season 17 will take place from February 22 to March 26 in Malta. As part of the championship, 32 teams from the CIS, Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia and Oceania will compete for a total prize pool of $850,000, as well as a slot for the winner at IEM Cologne 2023.

Recall that the Vitality team got into group C, where FaZe Clan, Ninjas in Pajamas, OG, Grayhound Gaming, Rooster, 00NATION and paiN Gaming will also take part.
