huNter- recognized as the best player of IEM Katowice 2023

huNter- was recognized as the best player of the past IEM Katowice 2023. At the same time, jks, the Bosnian's partner in the G2 Esports team, became the MVP of the championship according to the tournament operator ESL. They managed to bring their team to the top by winning the long-awaited big final.

The G2 Esports team became the winner of IEM Katowice 2023, beating Heroic in the grand final with a score of 3:1 (Nuke - 16:12; Mirage - 16:13; Inferno - 11:16; Ancient - 16:7).

The 27-year-old G2 Esports player has an impressive 1.21 rating. In addition, the Bosnian scored two aces in the tournament, and also stood out in several statistical selections: K/D difference (2nd place), DPR (4th place), KPR (3rd place) and average rating (5- e place).

In addition, huNter- became the best player in the final victory against Heroic, with a rating of 1.23, which greatly helped his team defeat the Danes and lift the main trophy over their heads. This is the second MVP medal in the career of the Bosnian, who was also recognized as the best player in cs_summit 5.

IEM Katowice 2023 was held from 1 to 12 February in Katowice at the Spodek Arena. As part of the championship, 24 teams from the CIS, Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia and Oceania fought for a total prize pool of $1,000,000, as well as a ticket to IEM Cologne 2023 for the winner.
