BLAST denied FaZe Clan's emergency replacement request
The Danish tournament operator BLAST rejected FaZe Clan 's request for an emergency replacement to participate in the upcoming BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023. Since the team wanted to add k0nfig at the last moment, the organizers did not go forward, since the Dane was announced as a substitute player for Heroic. Now FaZe Clan will have to look for another option to replace rain, since olofmeister will also not be able to help the team at the upcoming event.

However, the tournament operator BLAST changed its mind overnight. Apparently, the organizers listened to the opinion of the dissatisfied participants of the competition, who turned to BLAST with criticism due to non-compliance with the established rules in relation to emergency substitutions.
As a result, the organizers had to comment and agree that k0nfig cannot compete in BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 with FaZe Clan, since he is already on the list of the Heroic team.
FaZe Clan requested that k0nfig be used as an emergency replacement for BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023.
