BLAST to hold a major press conference at the Eiffel Tower

Tournament operator BLAST announced a large-scale press conference at the Eiffel Tower dedicated to the imminent start of BLAST Paris Major 2023. During the event, additional details related to the qualifying matches for the French Major will be revealed.

The press conference is expected to answer several questions for the community, including open qualifier dates and RMR tournament locations in each region. Thus, the organizers are assembling a stellar roster as they plan to reveal more details about the upcoming BLAST Paris Major 2023.

It is likely that the organizers will also set a time frame when, together with Valve , they will weed out teams and issue invitations to closed qualifiers based on the publisher's own rating.

As part of the press conference, star players apEX, shox and ZywOo will take part, as well as official representatives of the tournament operator - Robbie Duek and Nicholas Estrup. The event will be broadcast to the international press and will begin at 11:45 am on Wednesday.

Full cycle schedule of BLAST Paris Major 2023:

  • Open Qualifiers for RMR Tournaments: February-March 2023
  • RMR tournaments: April 3-9, 2023
  • Major: May 8-21, 2023 (Challengers - May 8-11, 2023; Legends - May 13-16, 2023; Champions - May 18-21, 2023)
