Nouns Esports is the first grand finalist of ESL Challenger League Season 42: North America

The Nouns Esports team became the first grand finalist of ESL Challenger League Season 42: North America. According to the results of the playoffs of the tournament, the North American team did not suffer a single defeat, but at the same time they outplayed MIBR (2:0) the day before and gained a one-card advantage over their opponent in the final match.

During the playoffs, Nouns Esports managed to outplay LOS + oNe (2:0), ATK (2:1) and MIBR (2:0). At the same time, in the last match against the Brazilians, the team received a small handicap, since the opponent was unable to connect to the first map due to schedule overlays.

In the lower bracket, the teams LOS + oNe and ATK continue their struggle, which will compete for the right to play with MIBR in the final of the lower bracket.

ESL Challenger League Season 42 North America runs from August 23 to October 23 online. As part of the competition, sixteen teams from North and South America are competing for a prize pool of $50,000, as well as a direct ticket to the ESL Pro League Conference Season 17 for the winner.
