As it became known to the Dust2 portal, the Brazilian team paiN Gaming withdrew from ESL Challenger League Season 42: North America due to visa difficulties. Currently, the organization is processing visas for its newcomers - zevy and skullz - so it was forced to abandon the defense of the ESL Challenger League champion title.

Note that a similar decision followed from another Brazilian team - 00NATION. However, MIBR and Team oNe eSports will take part in ESL Challenger League Season 42: North America.

PaiN Gaming just recently announced the signing of zevy and skullz to their roster. However, the Brazilian team has already qualified for IEM Road to Rio 2022 for America.
