The Rare Atom team lost to JiJieHao International with a score of 1:2, thus leaving the IEM Road to Rio 2022 Asia-Pacific RMR. In turn, the Israeli team goes to the finals of the lower bracket, where they will play with the loser of the IHC match - Grayhound and compete for the second ticket to the Brazilian Major.

The opening match of the game day started on the map Ancient, which became the choice of JiJieHao International. However, there was no struggle here, since the Israeli team first surprised with a swift attack, and then took all the rounds in defense and took the lead in the series - 16:4.

The teams then moved on to the Inferno map, which turned out to be Rare Atom's choice. Here the teams showed a little more struggle, as well as the Chinese managed to open up in the attack and get a twofold advantage. After the side switch, JiJieHao International tried to return to the game, but to no avail. As a result, Rare Atom put the squeeze on the opponent and switched the fate of the series to the deserter — 16:11.

Everything was decided on the Mirage map, the first half of which ended with a minimal advantage in favor of the Israeli team. However, after the side switch, Rare Atom suddenly disappeared from the radar, while JiJieHao International took control of the game and secured the final victory — 16:10.

IEM Road to Rio 2022 Asia-Pacific RMR takes place from 7 to 9 October in Melbourne at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. As part of the championship, four teams from China, Mongolia, Australia and Israel are fighting for two vacant tickets to IEM Rio Major 2022.
