ESL Pro League Season 16 English-language analytics studio introduced

Tournament operator ESL presented the composition of the English-language analytics studio for the upcoming ESL Pro League Season 16. As part of the championship, which will be held from August 31st to October 2nd in Malta, many well-known representatives of the scene will work, among which there was a place for SPUNJ, YNk and many others.

The event will be hosted by stunna and Pala, an experienced couple who recently worked in the Intel Extreme Masters XVII - Cologne and in the previous season of the ESL Pro League.

Heccu will work with the teams from the venue. The 29-year-old is rapidly moving into big tournament coverage, having previously worked for ESL Pro League Conference Season 16 and ESL Impact Valencia 2022.

Analysts of ESL Pro League Season 16 will be an experienced team, which includes YNk, kassad, Mauisnake and Bleh. Well, SPUNJ, JustHarry and Hugo Byron will comment on the championship matches.

Championship participants: NaVi, Astralis, Vitality, ENCE, FaZe Clan, FURIA, G2 Esports, MOUZ, fnatic, MIBR, BIG, Heroic, Team Spirit, Cloud9, Complexity Gaming, EndPoint, Eternal Fire, Evil Geniuses, FTW, HEET, Movistar Riders, Ninjas in Pajamas, Outsiders and Team Liquid.

ESL Pro League Season 16 will be held from August 31st to October 2nd in Malta at the Salini Resort. 24 teams will compete for a total prize pool of $835,000. The winner of the tournament will receive the main prize of $175,000, as well as tickets to BLAST Premier: World Final 2022 and IEM Katowice 2023.

Prize pool distribution for ESL Pro League Season 16

  • 1st place: $175,000 + 2,800 BLAST Premier points + ticket to BLAST Premier: World Final 2022 + ticket to IEM Katowice 2023
  • 2nd place: $70,000 + 1,400 BLAST Premier points
  • 3rd-4th place: $35,000 + 875 BLAST Premier points
  • 5th-8th place: $17,500 + 262.5 BLAST Premier points
  • 9th-12th place: $12,000
  • 13th-16th place: $9,000
  • 17th-20th place: $7,500
  • 21st-24th place: $6,000

In addition, each team will receive $5,000 for winning the group stage.
