Invites to ESL Impact League Season 2 are presented

Tournament operator ESL has presented the list of invited teams to the regional divisions of ESL Impact League Season 2. The championship with a prize pool of $123,000 will start on September 8 and end with the LAN final in Jönköping from November 25 to 27.

The league, part of a new ESL roadmap announced back in the spring, will air several days a week for a six-week period.

Participants of the European division of ESL Impact League Season 2:

  • GODSENT Female, BIG EQUIPA, LIVS and NAVI Javelins

Participants of the North American division of ESL Impact League Season 2:

  • Counter Logic Gaming Red, Please Send Help, Evil Geniuses Female and Valkyries

Participants of the South American division of ESL Impact League Season 2:

  • FURIA Esports Female, B4 Esports Female and MIBR Female

The list of participants in the regional divisions of ESL Impact League Season 2 will be completed according to the results of open qualifiers, after which eight teams in each division will fight for two tickets to the LAN finals. Two more places for the ESL Impact League Season 2 finals will be determined using the Wild Card system for teams from South Africa and Asia.

ESL Impact League Season 2 will be held several days a week over six weekends. Eight teams in each region will be divided into two groups of four teams and compete for prizes in a round robin format with BO3 matches. The winner of Group A will face the second team from Group B and vice versa for two tickets to the global final.

  • 3rd-4th place: $2,500
  • 5th-6th place: $1,250
  • 7th-8th place: $750
