Astralis Talent and BIG Academy lead the first week of WePlay Academy League Season 5

The first week of the group stage of WePlay Academy League Season 5 has ended, according to the results of which the Astralis Talent and BIG Academy teams were in the status of the leaders of groups A and B, respectively. At the same time, the Brazilian team Young Gods has already left the championship, which was completely left without an organization after the departure of one of the leaders a few days before the start of the event. We propose to sum up the results of the first competitive week at WePlay Academy League Season 5.

Group A

The leader of group A was the Danish team Astralis Talent, which managed to get five wins and suffer three losses. Nearby are the Ukrainians from NAVI Junior, who have four wins and two losses. MOUZ NXT unexpectedly lags behind, having scored only 12 points in seven rounds. The fourth place is occupied by the Spirit Academy team, which also won four victories and suffered three defeats.

Eternal Fire Academy and 00PROSPECTS have six points each, while Fnatic Rising will only join the fight from next week.

The German team BIG Academy, who won six victories and did not suffer a single defeat, became the expected leader of group B. Very close are the Swedes from Young Ninjas, who also got six victories, but at the same time made three misfires. Third place goes to the OG Academy team, which has five wins and only one loss, and in the first round.

The Finnish team ENCE Academy is a little behind, having managed to get four victories and suffer four defeats. FURIA Academy and Apeks Rebels have six points each. True, the Brazilian team will enter the fight only from next week, while Apeks Rebels lost all their matches, except for technical victories over Young Gods.
