paiN Gaming and Imperial Esports became the last participants of ESL Challenger at DreamHack Melbourne 2022

Tournament operator ESL has invited Brazilian teams paiN Gaming and Imperial Esports to participate in the upcoming ESL Challenger at DreamHack Melbourne 2022. Eight teams from Europe, the CIS, Asia, Oceania, North and South America will take part in the championship, which will be held from September 2 to 4 in Australia.

Imperial Esports is having significant difficulty building its roster for the second half of the 2022 season. According to rumors, the organization plans to part ways with fnx, as peacemaker will almost certainly leave the position of head coach. At the same time, chelo from MIBR is called a candidate to replace the 32-year-old Brazilian in the team.

PaiN Gaming also has its own problems, which lost NEKIZ and nython last week. It's unclear who will be the Brazilian team's rookies, but it doesn't have much time to present a revamped roster.

Recall that a little earlier, four teams from Oceania, Europe (CIS), North America and Asia qualified for ESL Challenger at DreamHack Melbourne 2022. These "lucky ones" were VERTEX Esports Club, Entropiq, Evil Geniuses (Party Astronauts) and Wings Up Gaming. The organizers also sent the first invites to the OG and ORDER teams.
