AMANEK left G2 Esports

The European team G2 Esports has announced that François 'AMANEK' Delaunay has left the CS:GO roster. The player has been playing for this team since March 2019 and managed to play in a number of positions, including a sniper and a substitute player. AMANEK also managed to make a name for himself as a coach in the team.

Of the achievements of G2 Esports, together with the French player, it is worth noting the 2nd place at ESL Pro League Season 9: Finals, which brought the team $80,000, the 2nd place at the Intel Extreme Masters Season XIV - World Championship, where the club earned $100,000. In addition, during the player's stay in the roster, the team took 2nd place at Intel Extreme Masters Season XVI - Cologne and Intel Extreme Masters Season XVI - Katowice. The largest earnings of a European organization was $300,000 for a silver medal at PGL Major Stockholm 2021.

In recent months, G2 Esports cannot boast of any significant results and are in decline. 9th-11th place at PGL Major Antwerp 2022, 3rd-4th place at BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022 and 9th-12th place at Intel Extreme Masters XVII - Cologne obviously do not suit the organization.

It is not yet known where AMANEK will continue his career. The next major test for the updated roster will be participation in BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2022.

The current G2 Esports CS:GO roster is as follows:
