BLUEJAYS became the champion of European Championship 2022

The European Championship 2022 has come to an end. As part of the championship, which was held from July 6 to 10 in the Romanian city of Oradea at the Oradea Arena, sixteen teams competed for a prize pool of $25,000, as well as a ticket to the IESF World Esports Championship 2022. The winner of the tournament became the national team of North Macedonia, represented by BLUEJAYS players, which in the grand final was stronger than the representatives of Ukraine (ex-Akuma) with a score of 2:1 (Dust 2 - 5:16; Mirage - 16:5; Vertigo - 16:13).

The tournament for the Macedonian team began with a confident performance at the group stage, during which it outplayed the national teams of Luxembourg (16:1) and Sweden (16:8).

Once in the playoffs, the BLUEJAYS team alternately dealt with the national teams of Spain (2:0), Serbia (2:1) and Ukraine (2:1), thanks to which they became the winner of the European Championship 2022.

Note that thanks to this victory, the Macedonian team earned $10,000 and a slot at the future IESF World Esports Championship 2022.
