The G2 Esports team defeated Vitality with a score of 2:1 (Dust 2 - 10:16; Inferno - 16:8; Mirage - 16:9) and reached the playoffs of BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022. Now XTQZZZ's wards will meet with FaZe Clan for the right to advance to the semi-finals of the championship. In turn, the Danish-French team will play with paiN Gaming, playing for the third ticket to the playoffs of BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022.

The second match of the gaming day started on the Dust 2 map, which became the choice of the Danish-French team. But if the first half ended in an equal fight, albeit with a minimal advantage in favor of Vitality, then after the change of sides, G2 Esports disappeared from the server somewhere. In turn, zonic's men showed confident defense, thereby managing to break the opponent and take the lead in the series — 16:10.

Next, the teams moved to the Inferno map, which became the choice of G2 Esports. At the same time, the nominal "owners" immediately began to correct for the defeat at the peak of the opponent, completing the first half with a two-fold advantage. After switching sides, Vitality managed to win the pistol round, but immediately after, she ran into a competent force and lost the initiative. As a result, G2 Esports managed to run ahead, and at the same time equalize the score in the series — 16:8.

Everything was decided on the Mirage map, the first half of which started with an advantage from the Danish-French team. However, closer to the equator, G2 Esports players woke up in half, who took a long series of rounds and closed the side with a score of 11:4. After switching sides, Vitality managed to join the game, actually catching up with the opponent. However, several clutches allowed G2 Esports to seize the initiative to get the first victory in the BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022 — 16:9.
