Fnatic made a mysterious teaser. F0rest is back?
Ihor MatusAn interesting teaser has appeared on the fnatic Twitter account, which is dedicated to the fifth player of the CS:GO roster. It depicts a forest and says:
“There should be a return of the legend to the Pinnacle Cup. Who will it be?
Our guess is that this player could be Patrick 'f0rest' Lindberg for three reasons. First, the picture shows a forest (forest). No special explanation is needed for this argument. Secondly, the word return can mean “returning a player back to the Fnatic team”. Patrick played for the British club from January 2006 to December 2010 in CS 1.6. Thirdly, the word “return” may mean the concept of “return of the player to the asset”. At the moment, f0rest is listed in Dignitas, but is inactive.

Patrick 'f0rest' Lindberg played Fnatic for four years, and between 2006 and 2010, he and his teammates won the 2006 CPL Winter with a prize pool of $100,000 (which in 2006 was considered very solid), and also became the winner of Intel Extreme Masters III in 2009. The prize fund of the latter, by the way, then amounted to $125,000 and was colossal for its time. f0rest's career began in 2003 and the Swedish esportsman has earned more than $740,000 since then. He has the title of champion of events such as Intel Extreme Masters XI - Oakland ($128,000), Intel Extreme Masters XII - Oakland ($129,000), the title of top 2 player in 2013, 8 MVP of various championships and other merits of a large scale.
Some users suggest that this could be another player who has the status of a legend, Olof 'olofmeister' Kajbjer. The latter played under the banner of Fnatic from June 2014 to April 2016, and after a break of 1 year and 2 months, he returned to the asset for 13 months. It was with Fnatic that he managed to achieve the greatest success in his career and earn the status of a legendary CS:GO player. While at Fnatic, he was named Player of the Year 2015.
We are still confident that f0rest will be the new-old Fnatic player. Will we be right or not? We'll find out very soon!
