Team Vitality outplayed forZe with a score of 2:1 and made it to the next stage of PGL Major Antwerp 2022. At the same time, the Australians from Renegades left the championship, losing to IHC Esports with a score of 0:2.

The match for entering the "legends" of the major started on the Nuke map, which became the choice of Vitality. However, the Russian team managed to surprise the opponent by showing two confident halves and taking the lead in the series — 16:12.

Then the teams moved to the Dust 2 map, where the Danish-French team showed an exemplary defense, actually solving all the issues. After switching sides, forZe tried to comeback, but Vitality managed to get the required number of rounds and even the score in the series — 16:9.

Everything was decided on the Mirage map, where Vitality confidently took advantage of the opponent's mistakes to advance to the next stage of PGL Major Antwerp 2022 - 16:12.

Renegades - IHC Esports

The first meeting for elimination from the tournament started on the Inferno map, where the Mongolian team showed two confident halves, thus taking the lead in the series — 16:10.

On the map Dust 2, which has become the choice of the Australians, the game has acquired an equal character. However, in the second half, IHC Esports managed to seize the initiative in time to knock out Renegades from PGL Major Antwerp 2022 - 16:12.

PGL Major Antwerp 2022 takes place from 9 to 22 May at the Antwerps Sportpaleis in Belgium. As part of the tournament, 24 teams from all over the world are fighting for a prize pool of $1,000,000, EPT and BLAST Premier ranking points, and a ticket to BLAST Premier: World Final 2022.
