The Astralis team lost to Team Liquid with a score of 0:2 and left the PGL Major Antwerp 2022. In turn, the North American team made it to the next stage of the championship, which will begin on Saturday, May 14th.

The first confrontation of the fifth round started on the Vertigo map, which became the choice of the North American team. But if the first half was held in a stubborn struggle, then after the change of sides, the teams began to exchange a series of rounds, breaking each other's economy. In this situation, the players of Team Liquid turned out to be luckier, who managed to break the opponent and take the lead in the series — 16:14.

Everything was decided on the map Ancient, the first half of which again went in an equal fight. After switching sides, the Danes managed to break into the front, it seemed, intending to equalize the score in the series and go to the destroyer. However, in the end, Team Liquid again managed to seize the initiative to close Astralis and knock out the eminent team from PGL Major Antwerp 2022 - 16:13.
