The Bad News Eagles and Team Spirit teams got their second victory in the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Challengers Stage. According to the results of the third round of the championship, the teams outplayed Imperial Esports (16:12) and Eternal Fire (16:11), respectively.

The duel between Bad News Eagles and Imperial Esports took place on the Vertigo map, where the Kosovars showed a confident defense, finishing the first half with a devastating score of 13:2. After the side switch, the Brazilian team tried to get back into the game, winning the pistol round and the series that followed. However, with single attacks Bad News Eagles managed to get the necessary rounds, thereby securing a victory over the opponent — 16:12.

A parallel meeting took place on the Dust 2 map, where Team Spirit started right off the bat, securing a comfortable advantage for themselves. Despite several lost rounds at the end of the half, the Russian team managed to close it in their favor — 9:6. Well, after the change of sides, Team Spirit once again implemented two AWPs in defense, thus securing the second victory in the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Challengers Stage — 16:11.

Next in line are two other meetings of the teams that finished the first game day with the result "1-1". In the first case, Astralis will play with Complexity, while Complexity and Outsiders will meet in parallel.

PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Challengers Stage runs from May 9 to 12 in a studio format. During the first stage of the championship, 16 teams are fighting for eight tickets to the Legends Stage.
