The battles in Group B at BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2022 have ended, as a result of which the OG team won three victories and reached the final of the Play‑In stage. We offer to recall the highlights of the game day and talk about the fate of the teams in the next stage of the championship.

Group B's main disappointment was NaVi. The leader of the world ranking clearly overestimated his capabilities, approaching the championship in poor shape. As a result, already in the first match, "Born to Win" gave us the first sensation, losing to the Brazilians from MIBR on the Dust 2 map (12:16). An hour later, the team upset their fans again, this time losing to Astralis on the Mirage map (17:19).

At the same time, the revelation of the second quartet was the OG team, which played three amazing games, absolutely deservedly placed on the first line. At the same time, already from the start of the tournament, the European team easily drove through Astralis on Ancient (16:8), going to the final of the upper bracket. Here OG quite easily finished with MIBR on the same Ancient map (16:9), thus getting an hour and a half of rest. Well, in the decisive match, the team again dealt with the Danes from Astralis, this time being stronger on Inferno (16:8).

No less interesting is the path of the Astralis team. The Danes started the championship with a catastrophic defeat from OG at Ancient (8:16), actually signing over their helplessness. However, already in the next game, the team managed to snatch an important victory over NAVI on the Mirage map (19:17), thereby restoring their self-confidence. Further, Astralis very easily dealt with MIBR on Overpass (16:9), thus getting a chance for revenge. However, in the grand final of the quartet, the team again failed to impose a fight on OG, losing at Inferno (8:16).

Perhaps the main surprise of group B was the Brazilian team MIBR. Moreover, the team started the tournament with a sensational victory over NAVI on the Dust 2 map (16:12), which made the fans believe in themselves. However, in the future, MIBR failed to repeat their exploits, quite expectedly losing to OG on Ancient (9:16) and Astralis on Overpass (9:16).

In the next stage of BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2022, the MIBR team will meet with Complexity, who previously took the last place in group A. At the same time, NAVI will have to fight with the team that will take 3rd place in group C. Well, OG and Astralis will start their journey from the semi-final stage and the grand final stage of the Play-In stage, respectively.
