ESL on its official website published the announcement of the upcoming league, which shared many interesting details.

The eleventh season of the league starts on March 16 and ends on April 12. Exactly four weeks will be allocated for its holding, and 26 out of 28 days are scheduled and we already know when certain matches will take place.

Invitations received 24 teams. 13 of them were issued to teams that are partners in the league. By the way, the partnership agreement will be valid for 3 years, which means 13 teams will participate in at least three seasons of the ESL Pro League. Another 5 invites were given to the best rosters who made it to the ESL Pro League Season 10 Finals. Two invitations went to teams that showed the best results within the Mountain Dew League, and the teams with the best position in the world ranking from ESL became the owners of the last four invites.

The prize pool has grown to the level of ESL Pro League samples 2017-2018 and now again is $ 750,000. No information is available on how it will be distributed.

The method of conducting ESL Pro League Season 11 will be a bit complicated and multi-stage. 24 participants will start from the group stage, where they will be divided into 4 groups of 6 teams each. Three teams will leave each group in the Play-In and playoffs. The leaders of the groups will compete with each other in the Play-In. The winners of this short series will advance to the semifinal playoffs, while the losers will go to the quarterfinals. Those teams that take 2-3 places in their groups in the group stage will go to Round of 12 and will fight for reaching the quarter-finals. All matches except the grand finals will be held in Bo3 format. The decisive match will be held in Bo5 format.

At the same time, ESL take their league's production to a new level. Such a bold conclusion can be made after watching the trailer, which the organizers published on social networks. On it you can see that for each team skins with club logos were developed.
