How was the second day of PGL Major Stockholm 2021 Legends Stage

The second game day at the PGL Major Stockholm 2021 Legends Stage is over. The sensation was not so much as the day before. However, there are already a couple of interesting stories that definitely need to be refreshed. At the same time, G2 and NAVI have already staked out places in the playoffs, while ENCE and Evil Geniuses have left the championship.

Third round of PGL Major Stockholm 2021 Legends Stage

The second game day began with matches in the second basket. In this case, the teams were still playing out the last BO1, trying to distribute the baskets of the next round. In the first game, Copenhagen Flames continued to bend their line and left the Ancient card. At the same time, on paper, the card was perfect for FaZe Clan. Ultimately, however, the Danes scored an easy victory and ended up in the top basket. In a parallel match, a real struggle between two CIS teams unfolded. Nevertheless, at the very end of the match, Gambit made a comeback and snatched the victory from Virtus.pro.

In the next pack of matches, FURIA sensationally outplayed Liquid, playing Inferno for the third time. Well, in the Danish derby, the victory naturally went to Heroic, who practically did not notice compatriots from Astralis, who mistakenly chose the Ancient card.

In the first match, there was practically no fight for promotion in the class, since G2 empirically moved to Entropiq and advanced to the playoffs of PGL Major Stockholm 2021. At the same time, the French from Vitality continued to slip, having managed to lose the first map in the match against Evil Geniuses. Ultimately, however, Vitality sent the North Americans off to pack their bags, finishing the next two maps with a clear margin.

The cherry on top of the third round cake was the meeting between NAVI and NIP. However, the intrigue quickly disappeared from the server, as Born to Win secured two confident victories with the same 16: 9 score and advanced to the playoffs of the championship. Well, for a snack, the audience got a game between MOUZ and ENCE. And if at the start many preferred the latter, then MOUZ sensationally closed the opponent, sending him home.
