Tournament Format

The VCT EMEA 2025 group stage will run from March 26 to April 25. The tournament features 12 teams split into two groups of six. Each team will play a single match against every opponent in their group, with all matches being played in a Best-of-Three format. At the end of the group stage, the top four teams from each group will advance to the playoffs. The group winners will move directly to the upper bracket semifinals, while the second and third-placed teams will start in the first round of the upper bracket. Fourth-placed teams will enter the lower bracket in the first round.

The playoffs will take place from May 8 to May 18, following a double-elimination format. All matches, except for the lower bracket final and grand final, will be played as Best-of-Three. The lower bracket final and grand final will follow a Best-of-Five format.

On the first day of the second week, the matchup between Apeks and NAVI will be interesting to watch. Despite NAVI being the clear favorites, Apeks showed a solid performance and came close to defeating Team Heretics. Meanwhile, NAVI struggled significantly against Fnatic.
