Top 8 Teams Advance to Playoffs at PGL Wallachia Season 4

The group stage of PGL Wallachia Season 4 in Dota 2 concluded on April 23, 2025, finalizing the eight top teams that will move on to the playoffs and continue their pursuit of the $1,000,000 prize pool and championship title.

Teams Advancing to the Playoffs

Following a Swiss format with best-of-three (Bo3) matches, the following teams emerged successfully to secure their spots in the playoffs:

  • Tundra Esports
  • Team Liquid
  • Team Spirit
  • NAVI Junior
  • PARIVISION
  • Team Tidebound
  • BetBoom Team
  • Aurora Gaming

The final three playoff spots were decided in the fifth round, where Aurora Gaming, Team Tidebound, and NAVI Junior delivered convincing victories to claim the last tickets to the next stage.

The group stage featured the following setup:

  • Swiss system format
  • Best-of-three matches
  • Top 8 teams advanced to the playoffs

One of the biggest surprises was the early exit of Team Falcons, who started strong with two wins but followed up with three consecutive losses.

Playoff Bracket

The playoffs begin on April 24 and will follow a double elimination format. All matches leading up to the grand final will be Bo3, while the grand final will be played as a best-of-five (Bo5).
