Don’t Miss the Grand Final of VCT EMEA Stage 2: Team Liquid vs GIANTX
On August 31, 2025, the Riot Games Arena in Berlin will host the grand final of VCT EMEA Stage 2. The tournament kicked off on July 16, bringing together 12 teams from across the region. It featured a group stage in BO3 format and playoffs with a double-elimination system, including both BO3 and BO5 matches. With a total prize pool of $250,000, the spotlight is now on the decisive battle for the championship title.
Team Liquid and GIANTX have made it to the final clash. Liquid secured their spot by defeating BBL Esports 2:1 in the upper bracket final, which also guaranteed them direct qualification for VALORANT Champions 2025 in Paris. GIANTX, on the other hand, mounted an impressive comeback against NAVI with a 2:1 victory before dominating BBL Esports 3:0 in the lower bracket, sealing their place in the grand final and earning a ticket to the season’s biggest event as well.
Adding to the excitement, organizers staged a special show match between Team France and Team EMEA ahead of the grand final. This showcase was designed to bring a festive and emotional touch to the atmosphere before the decisive series.
The final day of VCT EMEA Stage 2 is set to determine not only the regional champion but also mark the highlight of the summer VALORANT season. Both finalists have already secured their spots at Champions 2025, but in Berlin it will be decided who lifts the trophy and takes the largest share of the prize pool












VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2 is an S-tier offline tournament organized by Riot Games, held in Berlin from July 16 to August 31, 2025. It features twelve EMEA teams, a Bo3 group stage, and a double-elimination playoff bracket, with the top two teams securing a spot at Valorant Champions 2025 in Paris.
