VALORANT Masters Bangkok 2025: G2 Esports Sensationally Advance To The Grand Final
G2 Esports took revenge on EDward Gaming and knocked them down to the lower bracket, securing a dominant victory.
The first map of the series was Lotus, the pick of G2 Esports. The North American team started on defense and won the half with a narrow 7-5 lead. After the side switch, EDward Gaming struggled on defense, while G2 Esports consistently exploited their weaknesses and looked more confident in gunfights. As a result, Lotus ended with a 13-8 victory for G2.
On Split, the map chosen by EDward Gaming, G2 once again started on defense and delivered an even stronger performance, switching sides with an 8-4 lead. Unfortunately for Chinese fans, EDward Gaming failed to showcase their usual level of play and were dominated by G2. Split concluded with a 13-7 win for G2 Esports, making the third map, Bind, unnecessary.
