Shao will play on the upcoming VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen alongside FunPlus Phoenix. This was first reported by insider George Geddes, and then confirmed by the player himself, noting that he would arrive in Denmark tomorrow, July 9th.
Note that the information about the participation of the captain of FunPlus Phoenix in the upcoming tournament was confirmed earlier. However, SUYGETSU will most likely miss the championship due to visa issues. In this regard, the team will immediately have three replacement options: SEIDER, Masked and KEREME.
FunPlus Phoenix is in Group B, which will also feature DRX, Northeption and XERXIA. The group stage of VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen will take place from July 10 to 13 in a studio format.
VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen will take place July 10-24 in Copenhagen in a mixed format. The first weeks of the championship will be held in a studio format, while the final three days will take place at the Forum venue. As part of the championship, twelve participants from Europe, North and South America, Brazil, Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia will play for an unannounced prize pool, as well as rating points.
