VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Latin America South Stage 2 Challengers has come to an end. As part of the championship, which was held online from May 14 to June 12, six teams from southern Latin America competed for a prize pool of $15,000, rating points, and two tickets to the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Latin America Stage 2 - Challengers Playoffs. The winner of the tournament was the team KRÜ Esports, which in the final of the competition was stronger than Leviatán with a score of 2:0. In turn, Leviatán also managed to get into the playoffs of the regional Challengers, beating 9z Team in the lower bracket with a score of 2:0.

The tournament for the future winner began with a confident performance in the group stage, during which KRÜ Esports won five victories and did not suffer a single defeat. Having made it to the playoffs, the Chilean team beat Leviatán (2:0) and qualified for VCT 2022: Latin America Stage 2 - Challengers Playoffs.

In turn, the tournament for Leviatán started with four wins and one loss in the group stage. Once in the playoffs, the Chilean team lost to KRÜ Esports (0:2). However, in the lower bracket, the team managed to outplay 9z Team (2:0) to get to the upcoming VCT 2022: Latin America Stage 2 - Challengers Playoffs.

The final roster for VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Latin America Stage 2 - Challengers Playoffs is as follows: FUSION, E-Xolos LAZER, KRÜ Esports and Leviatán. The championship will be held online from 23 to 26 June.
