League of Legends Patch 25.15 is Live — Here’s What’s New

Add as a Preferred Source

Patch 25.15, released on July 30, 2025, brings a solid mix of gameplay adjustments and quality-of-life improvements for both casual and competitive players. One of the key features is the new ability preview during champion select. Now, in all modes with a pick phase — including ARAM — players can hover over a champion’s portrait to see a quick summary of their abilities. After locking in, a full description becomes available. This feature can also be turned off in settings for those who prefer a clean interface.

A significant system change affects Baron Nashor — he no longer regenerates health during combat. This prevents last-second healing from interfering with abilities like Smite or Devour. To maintain balance, his max health has been slightly increased from 11,400 to 11,500.

The Battle at Kesin mini-game was also updated: players can now access Kesin’s Court at any time via a new button in the menu, regardless of how far they’ve progressed. This change was made in response to community feedback and allows everyone to explore the area freely.

In terms of champion balance, many changes focus on pro play. Tank supports like Alistar, Braum, and Rell received nerfs, while champions such as Corki, Rek’Sai, and Illaoi were buffed. Master Yi, Bel’Veth, and Irelia were adjusted due to their synergy with recent item updates. ARAM also saw a wave of balance changes, visual improvements to the death screen, and adjustments to mechanics like Spirit Blossom portals and Bilgewater fruits.

We’ve prepared a full breakdown of the most important updates in our detailed League of Legends Patch 25.15 Overview — including champion adjustments, system changes, and returning game modes.

A.R. U.R.F. is back on the Spirit Blossom map, featuring the familiar ARAM card system and fresh champion tuning — including buffs to Katarina, Nidalee, Senna, and Skarner, while Annie gets toned down.
