The new day of the Mid-Season Invitational 2024 started with a match between T1 and FlyQuest for a spot in the Bracket Stage of the first international tournament of 2024. As expected, T1 smoothly defeated the second-seeded LCS Spring 2024 team, FlyQuest, in two maps.

Now T1 advances to the Play-In of the Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) 2024. For Faker and company, this marks their 7th entry into the top 8 of the tournament series.

As for FlyQuest, they continue their journey through the Play-In and will now compete in the lower bracket of Group A. Their opponent will be the winner of the match between PSG Talon and Estral Esports.

The Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) 2024 is the first international tournament of the 2024 season (the 14th professional season of League of Legends). Twelve teams are competing for the championship title, $50,000, and a spot in Worlds 2024.
