The Rogue team beat MAD Lions 3:2, thanks to which they made it to the final of the LEC Summer 2022 upper bracket and secured their participation in the 2022 World Championship. In turn, Mac's wards go to the bottom of the playoffs, while the seeding of MAD Lions will be known by the results of the next match between G2 Esports and Misfits Gaming.

The first playoff showdown kicked off with a laborious victory for MAD Lions, who won the first game in 38 minutes and 3 seconds. However, further Rogue players managed to bounce back and level the score in the series in a slightly shorter period - 36 minutes and 24 seconds. Once again, the situation changed dramatically, as in the third game MAD Lions quickly dealt with the opponent and took the lead in 29 minutes and 46 seconds. It looked like the job was done, but Rogue managed to jump in to first level the scores again in 27 minutes and 24 seconds, followed by a win in Game 5 in 44 minutes and 9 seconds.

Note that Comp from the Rogue team was recognized as the best player of the match.
