The group stage of LCS Summer 2022 has ended, as a result of which the teams Immortals and Dignitas left the championship. At the same time, the eight remaining teams will continue to fight for three direct tickets to the 2022 World Championship. Results of the LCS Summer 2022 group stage

The winner of the group stage was the Evil Geniuses team, which got 15 wins and suffered 3 losses. Next came 100 Thieves and Team Liquid, with 14 and 12 wins respectively. The Counter Logic Gaming team remained in fourth place, having completed the group stage with 11 wins and 8 losses. The Cloud9 team finished with exactly the same result, which, together with FlyQuest, TSM and Golden Guardians, completed the list of participants in the LCS Summer 2022 playoffs.

LCS Summer 2022 runs from June 18 to September 11 in Los Angeles at the LCS Studio venue. As part of the championship, ten North American teams are fighting for a prize pool of $200,000, rating points, and three tickets to the 2022 World Championship.

The 2022 World Championship will take place from September 29 to November 5 in Mexico and the United States. The Play-In stage will take place from September 29 to October 4 at the Arena Esports Stadium in Mexico City, and the group stage will take place from October 7-10 and October 13-16 at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden. As part of the championship, 24 teams from all over the world (excluding the CIS) will compete for a total prize pool of $2,225,000.
