PGL Wallachia Season 3 Playoff Stage Day 3 Summary
From March 8 to March 16, 2025, one of the biggest local Dota 2 tournaments of the year, PGL Wallachia Season 3, will take place in Bucharest, Romania. The tournament features 16 teams, half of which received direct invitations from the organizers, while the other half qualified through regional qualifiers. The first stage of the tournament has already been played, and the playoffs are currently underway, with the third round taking place on March 15. This means the tournament is reaching its decisive stage, and every match now feels like a final.

All Teams in 3 Round Playoff
After the Group Stage, the top 8 teams have been determined and will continue their fight in the playoffs. Since the playoff format is double elimination, each team has one chance for a mistake, but I doubt anyone wants to use it. So, as of the start of the third round of the playoffs, some teams have already been eliminated from this stage of the tournament. Below is the list of those who continue to fight:

- Aurora Gaming
These teams competed in the matches on March 15, striving to prove that they are the best. Securing a spot in the top eight is already a significant achievement, but we are sure that each of these teams will give their all to claim victory at PGL Wallachia Season 3.

Teams Eliminated from the Playoffs
After the third day of the playoffs at PGL Wallachia Season 3, a few more teams have been eliminated from the tournament. Aurora Gaming, Xtreme Gaming, and, unexpectedly, Team Spirit joined Team Tidebound and Gaimin Gladiators on the eliminated list.
Aurora Gaming and Xtreme Gaming finished in 5th-6th place, each earning $60,000 in prize money, while Team Spirit secured 4th place, receiving $80,000 in prize winnings.
What Are the Next Matches?
PGL Wallachia Season 3 is gradually entering its decisive phase, with only three teams remaining in contention. On March 16, 2025, two matches will be played:
- Team Falcons vs. Tundra Esports – Lower Bracket Final for a spot in the Grand Final.
- Tundra Liquid vs. Team Falcons or Tundra Esports – Grand Final.
