PGL Wallachia Season 3 Playoff Stage Day 1 Summary
From March 8 to March 16, 2025, one of the biggest LAN tournaments of the year in Dota 2—PGL Wallachia Season 3—is taking place in Bucharest, Romania. The tournament features 16 teams, half of which received direct invitations from the organizers, while the other half qualified through regional qualifiers. As of March 13, the first stage of the tournament, the Group Stage, has concluded, and the playoffs have begun, featuring the top eight teams. Playoff Format
The PGL Wallachia Season 3 playoffs will run from March 13 to March 16, culminating in a grand final where the champion will claim a $300,000 prize. All matches, except for the final, will be played in a Bo3 double-elimination format, meaning that even if a team loses one match, they still have a chance to fight for victory.
Teams start their journey in the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals, and based on the results, they will either continue in the upper bracket or drop to the lower bracket.
