The group stage has concluded! Today’s decisive three matches determined which of the remaining teams would advance to the playoff stage and which would leave the tournament, finishing in 9th-11th place. Teams Alliance, Azure Ray, and Invictus Gaming have joined the eliminated participants and are out of the competition.

The tournament operator PGL has announced plans to organize at least eight major championships for Dota 2. Wallachia Season 2 is the second championship in the series, which will take place in Bucharest, Romania. The participants of the tournament will compete for a total prize pool of $1,000,000 USD.
