Team Secret will play at The International 2022
The last day of the Last Chance Qualifier has started in Singapore, where the names of the last 2 teams in the group stage of The International are determined today. The first team to qualify for TI through the Last Chance Qualifier was Team Secret.
The final of the upper bracket did not give us a full-fledged bo3, however, it pleased us with a high-speed dota. The Europeans, led by Puppey, closed the series with a score of 2-0, using their signatures for this.
On the first map, Puppey focused on position one Sniper, while Nisha played mid Batrider. An important contribution to the victory was made by the double Dark Seer + Nyx Assassin performed by Resolut1ion + Zayac. Team Secret won the first map after 44 minutes and 41 kills.
After the tense first map, the second, which became a match point, lasted half as long. Secret moved Virtus.pro with the help of Chen, Primal Beast, Monkey King, Lina and Nyx Assassin. Secret's most preferred characters helped them effortlessly finish the game in 28 minutes with 22 kills on the scoreboard.
Team Secret, after defeating Virtus.pro, become the penultimate participant of The International 2022. Virtus.pro, on the other hand, fall into the lower bracket, where they will play against the winner of the Vici Gaming/Team Liquid pair for the last, 20th place in the main tournament of the year.
