ppd about PSG.LGD at TI10: "Without NothingToSay they get into the top 5, but they won't be favorites anymore"

Peter ppd Daguerre (TI5 champion with Evil Geniuses) on Twitter decided to write his observations on the game PSG.LGD. The Chinese team became the champion of the OGA Dota PIT Invitational 2021 yesterday, defeating Team Spirit in the final with a score of 3: 1

ppd says PSG.LGD will be in the top 5 at The International 10 even without NothingToSay, but won't be favorites. He also notes that Faith_bian and Ame often play heroes that create space for the "star" mid lane.

  • PSG.LGD without NothingToSay may still enter the top 5 at The International 10, but they will no longer be favorites. PSG.LGD looked unstoppable with talented veterans on the sidelines who unleashed the potential of their rank 1 star mid lane.
  • The best heroes of NothingToSay are Lina and Templar Assassin - he played them like a carry. He focused on farming neutral creeps, he almost never gets involved in team fights if by then he was not yet the strongest hero on the map.
  • Ame and Faith_bian played certain heroes and bought artifacts that allowed them to stay on the lane for as long as possible - thereby creating space for NothingToSay to acquire the first serious item.
  • Considering their incredible skill, which allows them to win all three lanes, you see a team very reminiscent of the EG from TI4 when we played our mid lane Arteezy, and EG from TI5 when we played SumaiL. It is very difficult to act in such a position.

There are now a lot of rumors in the community that NothingToSay will not be able to fly to Europe from Malaysia. NTS was supposed to fly to Romania the other day for a bootcamp with PSG.LGD, but problems with documents continue. The International 10 is scheduled to run online from October 7-17, with a prize pool of $ 40 million.
