CS: GO will launch a new league
Ihor MatusDreamHack, along with ESL, believes that the ESL Pro Tour can help novice players break into the pro stage.
The new league from ESL and DreamHack will include 20 championships from the above tournament operators. All teams and events will be divided into two subcategories: Challenger and Masters. Challengers will include tournaments such as DreamHack Open, ESEA MDL and ESL National Championships. With these events, teams will be able to break into the Masters level, which includes the ESL One, Intel Extreme Masters, DreamHack Masters and ESL Pro League championships.
The best teams that will score the most points in the upcoming tournaments will take part in the largest Masters Championship series, which will be held in Katowice and Cologne. September 28th ESL and DreamHack promise to provide us with more information.
Well-known insider Jarek 'DeKay' Lewis said that he had studied the rules of the league and found a rule that reads as follows: ESL Pro Tour participants will not be able to play in other CS: GO leagues.
