The opening meeting of the fourth round of ESL Pro League Season 14 has ended, in which the mousesports team beat fnatic. Thanks to this victory, the European team earned three points and approached the group of leaders of the tournament table.

The meeting began on the Mirage map, which was unexpectedly picked up by the Swedish-British tandem. It would seem that the team will be able to surprise the opponent, who was probably preparing to see Overpass. However, at first it became clear that mousesports was not embarrassed by this choice, since the team did not let fnatic go ahead, lagging behind by only three rounds before switching sides. At the same time, the “mice” showed such a well-coordinated play in the attack that ALEX and the company were unable to come up with a plan B, giving the opponent their choice - 16:10.

On Nuke, the situation was different, since the two halves did not help to determine the winner. As a result, the teams went into overtime, as a result of which the mousesports team was able to call itself the winner of the meeting.

Tomorrow, August 31, the final round in Group C will take place. If mousesports plays BIG, then fnatic will face the main group stage outsider - the Evil Geniuses team.
