Long-awaited award - Gambit Esports received trophies for winning IEM Katowice 2021 and IEM Summer 2021
Gambit Esports, who became champions at Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2021 and Intel Extreme Masters Summer 2021, received the corresponding trophies that were earned from the above tournaments. As proof, ESL posted several photos of the moment the players received these trophies.
Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2021 took place from 16 to 28 February. The grand final took place with two CIS teams, namely Gambit, as we already know, and Virtus.pro. The fight ended with a score of 3-1.
Intel Extreme Masters Summer 2021, in turn, took place on June 3-13, and in the final, Gambit Esports defeated OG in a Bo5 match, without losing a single map to the latter.

Gambit Esports are now taking part in IEM Cologne 2021, which started on July 6 and ends on the 18th. The total prize pool of the championship is $ 1,000,000, and Gambit Esports are still fighting for the main prize of $ 1,000,000. The team reached the quarterfinals and now sh1ro and their teammates will have to meet with FaZe Clan for reaching the semifinals. After that, if the team defeats the Europeans, it will play against its own, perhaps, the main and most principled opponents - Natus Vincere.
