IEM Summer 2021: OG won group B

The first semi-finalist was determined at IEM Summer 2021. They were the European five OG, who outplayed EG in the group B final.

After losing their pick, Dust II, with a score of 14-16, OG managed to comeback on Overpass, taking it with a score of 16-6. At the decisive Inferno, OG left no chances for the "evil geniuses" having won with a score of 16-5.

Now the European five are waiting for their rivals in the IEM Summer 2021 playoffs. They will be the winner of the match between the 2nd and 3rd places in Group A, while EG will start the main stage from the quarterfinals in the match against Gambit Esports.

IEM Summer 2021 runs from June 3rd to June 13th online. 16 teams from Europe and North America are competing for a total prize pool of $ 250,000. The winner will be determined in the grand final on June 13 and will receive $ 100,000.
