Another quarter-final of the FLASHPOINT 3 upper bracket has come to an end, in which the mousesports team closed BIG without a chance with a score of 2: 0.
The meeting started on the Mirage map, which was chosen by the German team. However, mousesports showed confident defensive play, winning 11 rounds in the first half. At the same time, BIG, having switched sides, could not return to the game, over and over again letting the opponent onto its site. As a result, mousesports confidently took the opponent's pick with a score of 16: 5 and went to Nuke.
The second card was slightly more equal. And if the starting advantage in the first half was taken by mousesports, then closer to the side switching, BIG managed to get close to the opponent and reduce the matter to a minimal gap - 7: 8. Having won the pistol round in defense, the German squad again began to freak out, showing poor shooting. As a result, mousesports quickly put together the necessary economy to close Nuke with a 16:11 score without any problems.
After this victory, mousesports advanced to the semifinals of the upper bracket, where they will face Astralis. In turn, BIG fell into the second round of the lower bracket, where they will face compatriots from Sprout.
