Inferno (5:13 Falcons)

Falcons confidently won their opponent’s map pick. Starting on the CT side, Falcons took full control of the server from the very first rounds. The first half ended 11:1 in favor of Falcons. After the side switch, there was no miracle comeback — NRG were unable to get back into the game and conceded Inferno 5:13.

Ancient (13:11 NRG)

Ancient turned out to be the complete opposite of Inferno. In the first half, control was entirely in NRG’s hands, as they closed it 10:2 on the CT side. It seemed like a comfortable win was ahead for NRG, but after the side switch Falcons mounted an incredible comeback, equalizing the score at 10:10 and making a strong case for taking the second map. The match came close to overtime, but NRG still managed to win the final round, snatching the victory 13:11.

Dust2 (9:13 Falcons)

Dust2 started as a fairly even contest, with NRG edging out the first half 7:5. However, after the side switch the flow of the game changed dramatically. Falcons completely took control on the CT side, imposed a relentless pace, and denied NRG any comfortable round executions. Thanks to their dominant defense, Falcons claimed most of the key rounds and closed out the map 13:9.

The MVP of the series was m0NESY, who finished the match with an impressive 94.3 ADR and a 1.44 rating.
