Vitality beat BC.Game with ease at the start of IEM Krakow Stage 2

The match between Vitality and BC.Game at IEM Krakow Stage 2 was fully controlled by the favorites. Despite a decent start from BC.Game on the first map, Vitality quickly took over, confidently closed the series in two maps, and opened the stage with a win.

Dust2 (13:8 Vitality)

In the first half on Dust2, BC.Game had a slight advantage, leading 7:5. They managed to impose their game on the T side and secured a comfortable score. After switching sides, Vitality took full control of the map and, conceding only two rounds, won their opponent’s pick 13:8. As for the head-to-head duels between ZywOo and s1mple, the score ended 4:1 in favor of the French AWPer.

Overpass (13:5 Vitality)

Vitality also had no issues on their own map pick. They started on the T side and built a solid 8:4 lead in the first half. After the side switch, BC.Game were unable to get back into the game. Winning just one round on the T side, they fell to Vitality with a 5:13 scoreline.

The best player of the match was flameZ, who finished the series with an ADR of 93.9 and a 1.65 rating.

BC.Game failed to create an upset at the start of Stage 2 and drop to the lower bracket, where they will face FaZe in an elimination match. Vitality will play against 3DMAX for a spot in the playoffs. IEM Krakow Stage 2 runs from January 31 to February 3, with 16 teams competing for a place in the playoffs.
