B8 secured an important victory in the lower bracket final of StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2025, defeating Gentle Mates 2:1. The Ukrainian squad proved their strength in a tense battle and kept their chances alive for reaching the grand final of the tournament.

Inferno (13:10 Gentle Mates)

The opening map of the series was Inferno, picked by Gentle Mates. Despite B8 winning the first half 8:4, Gentle Mates managed to turn the tide after switching sides. With a streak of seven consecutive rounds, they closed the map 13:10.

Mirage (13:3 B8)

On their own pick, B8 started confidently. The first half ended smoothly with a comfortable 9:3 lead. In the second half, Gentle Mates couldn’t disrupt B8’s rhythm and failed to win a single round on the T side — a dominant 13:3 win for B8.

Ancient (13:10 B8)

The decider, Ancient, also started well for the Ukrainian team, who set the pace early on but couldn’t fully control the flow of the game. In the second half, Gentle Mates mounted a defense comeback, bringing the score to 10:11 and nearly forcing overtime. However, B8 managed to close out the game 13:10.
